Thank you for your interest in Postpartum Doula Care!

I am currently not accepting new postpartum doula clients at this time.

Clients have had fabulous support from Smooth Transitions and Night Nannies for Newborns.  Please contact them to set up a consultation.

What is a postpartum doula?

A postpartum doula is a woman who assists the new mother, baby, and the rest of her family within the first few weeks after the birth of the baby.

The postpartum doula may offer the following:

  • Breastfeeding tips
  • Baby care and advice
  • Household help
  • Sibling care
  • Meal preparation
  • Errand running
  • Other tasks that may be requested

Doulas do not perform clinical tasks on mother or baby, diagnose illness, or offer any form of medical advice for mother or baby. They can however make referrals if they feel medical advice is needed.

Womb to Grow – Providing pregnancy, birth, and postpartum doula support to families in the greater Denver area since 1998 – with a nurturing spirit, an empowering strength, and a servant’s heart.

We recently used Angela’s post partum doula services. Angela was so helpful with my colicky/very fussy baby and great with my 2 year old, as well. She offered me many useful tips, advice, and suggestions to get through this rough period. She also took care of my son during some overnights and we felt totally confident in her ability to care for our son. I would definitely recommend using her and plan on using her myself in the future as needed. I could not have gotten through the last couple months without her help!!
